At Hezel, we ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and promptly.
1. Shipping Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and our courier partner.
2. Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your order using this ID on our courier partner’s website.
4. Packaging:
- All jewellery is carefully packed in elegant boxes to ensure safe delivery.
- Perfect for gifting, our packaging protects the jewellery from damage during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Hezel accepts returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
2. Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support via email or WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the product.
- Once your return is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.
3. Refunds:
- After the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
4. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, let us know your preference.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Important Notes:
- Jewellery should be unused and in its original condition for returns.
- Refunds/exchanges are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, water, perfumes, or chemicals.
